Format

The results will be determined by a combination of a 50% public vote and a 50% international jury vote.
International jury votes will be based on 8 different panels, each one consisting 5 members from certain countries. The international jury is from 8 different countries: Ukraine, UK, Austria, Switzerland, Finland, Spain, Finland and The Netherlands.
Each jury panel will grant 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 points to the 8 acts.
Overall, the jury will grant 369 points to all the acts together.

The public vote will be calculated in a porportinal system, where the total sum is 368 points.
For example, if one of the acts will get 25% of the votes, then the artist will receive 368/4 = 92 points.
