Italian broadcaster RAI has announced new details of its participation in the Junior Eurovision 2023.
The contest is set to move from Rai 1 to Rai 2, the same channel that broadcasts the Semi-Finals of the Eurovision Song Contest.
Also, Mario Acampa returns as a commentator for Italy. The contest will be preceded by a show live from Turin, Italy with commentators and guests.

Italian representative and song will be revealed in September 2023, once again RAI will go on the internal route to select their singer and song internally.
Chanel Dilecta represented Italy with ”Bla Bla Bla” at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2022. She placed in 11th place scoring a total of 95 points.
Junior Eurovision 2023 will be held in Niece, France on 26th November 2023. Currently 15 countries will participate in Junior Eurovision 2023.
