More than 600 songs have been submitted to the Dutch selection process this time.
The Dutch committee has completed its work: The Dutch act for Eurovision 2024 has been internally selected!

The selection process was composed of several stages.
The committee has gradually reduced the list of songs from 600 to fewer until they remained with 9 songs. Later on, each committee member had to choose its top 5.
The top 5 artists have performed their songs live before the jury.
The committee has finally made its choice.

Now it is official: Joost Klein will fly the Dutch flag in Malmö.
His song is expected to be released in early March 2024
Joost Klein is a 26 year-old Dutch rapper, writer and YouTube creator.
He is best known for songs like “Scandinavian Boy”.
So far he has released 8 albums!
In a recent interview, he revealed his Eurovision 2024 song is co-written by Dutch rapper Donnie and that his song will be in the Dutch language.

Mia Nicolai and Dion Cooper represented The Netherlands at Eurovision 2023.
They performed the song “Burning Daylight“.
Unfortunately, they failed to qualify for the grand final:

Eurovision 2024 will be held in Malmö, Sweden.
The semi-finals will be held on the 7th and 9th of May 2024, and the grand final will be held on the 11th of May 2024
