Germany will select an entry and an artist for Eurovision 2024 via a national selection: “Eurovision Song Contest – Das deutsche Finale 2024” . The show will be held on the 16th of February 2024
and will be hosted by Barbara Schöneberger

This year, the German selection suggests a second path for new artists who will be mentored. 15 artists will compete in the “Ich will zum ESC”.
One of them will join the line-up of “Das deutsche Finale 2024“, with the song revealed on the 8th of February 2024
Therefore, 9 acts will compete to represent Germany at Eurovision 2024 (including one act who will be the Ich will zum ESC winner)

Eurovision 2024 will be held in Malmö, Sweden.
The semi-finals will be held on the 7th and 9th of May 2024, and the grand final will be held on the 11th of May 2024
