The Eurovision 2024 grand final will be held tonight.
It is time for our very last prediction of the season!
26 countries will compete in the grand final, but only one of them will be crowned the Eurovision 2024 winner
The running order will be (excluding The Netherlands):

🇸🇪 Sweden: Marcus & Martinus – Unforgettable
- It is an electro dance pop song.
- The performance will make us think the stage has been concerted in a video clip
- Vocally it wasn’t one of the strongest efforts of the night, but the performance was sharp.
- I tend to think it will do better with the jury, rather than the public.
- Prediction: 9-13
🇺🇦 Ukraine: Alyona Alyona & Jerry Heil – Teresa & Maria
- It is a ballad with some ethnic elements and rap.
- The staging serves the story quite well, and it succeeds in creating the right visuals.
- Jerry opens the song with soulful and touching singing.
- The song also ends very connivingly with the final shot and the floor LED featured video.
- However, the 2nd spot in the final is usually known for leading to low scores. It will be interesting to see whether Ukraine can overcome this.
- I believe it might damage the chance, but it won’t lead to a very low score.
- Prediction: 3-7
🇩🇪 Germany: Isaak – Always on the Run
- It is a pop-rock song.
- He sings soulfully and powerfully.
- The staging concept relies on a living room that goes on fire.
- I am not sure how impactful this will be, as allocated quite early in the running order.
- Personally, I hope Germany will get at least some appreciation from the jury. I really want them to avoid another last place in the final.
- Prediction: 21-26
🇱🇺 Luxembourg: Tali – Fighter
- It is a bilingual (French and English) summer mid-tempo pop song.
- It takes time until the energy of the song is elevated, but the chorus and the last part is quite memorable.
- I think this one needs more power on stage.
- She might grab some jury vote, but I am afraid it won’t be enough.
- Prediction: 18-24
🇮🇱 Israel: Eden Golan – Hurricane
- It is an emotional ballad.
- Eden sings emotionally with impressive vocals and a wide range.
- The story is convincingly told by the staging concept, involving dancers×¥
- I am afraid some of the jury will judge it based on politics, while it might do nicely with the public.
- Prediction: 5-10
🇱🇹 Lithuania: Silvester Belt – Luktelk
- It is an electro dance song, performed in Lithuanian language.
- Lithuania tends to do well with the public, not only but also thanks to the Lithuanian diaspora around the continent.
- It brings something fresh, and it is one of the most modern tracks this year.
- I still think the staging is to dark, and thereafter too red, but it won’t harm its chances.
- Prediction: 7-12
🇪🇸 Spain: Nebulossa – ZORRA
- It is a 1980’s synth pop song..
- It is one of the songs that carries the flag of woman empowerment, even if in indirect way.
- However, I feel like her vocals are quite weak, and the backing pre-recoded vocals sometimes take over.
- I am sure the audience in the arena will cheer them. However, not sure about how many people will vote for this.
- I think they jury will give it a few points only.
- Prediction: 22-26
🇪🇪 Estonia: 5MIINUST, Puuluup – (nendest) narkootikumidest ei tea me (küll) midagi
- It is a techo song with rap and hip-hop elements.
- The band members will engage the audience in the arena through their performance.
- However, the melody and arrangement of the song might be hard to digest for some people.
- It tends to be performed a bit too aggressive.
- I believe some people will connect to this one, but it will be less commercial than expected.
- However, I can see the jury rank it really low.
- Prediction: 16-21
🇮🇪 Ireland: Bambie Thug – Doomsday Blue
- It is a dark alt pop with metallic and electronic influences.
- The staging is well planned, as it is one of the most memorable of this year: From a bare-chested dancer, circle of lights and a theme of horror movie.
- I believe some people might find it quite scary and even avoid of this song.
- However, I believe those who like it, will probably support it.
- The loud parts aren’t that well performed. But maybe it doesn’t matter in this kind of songs
- The jury support is it in question. I believe it will create an impact similar to Iceland 2019.
- Prediction: 6-10
🇱🇻 Latvia: Dons – Hollow
- It is an emotional soft rock ballad.
- Many people didn’t believe this one will advance for the final, but fortunately it did.
- Dons is a great performer, and we don’t have a kind of soft rock ballad.
- I’m still a bit worried about its chance, especially in the televote.
- The question is whether the jury will support it as high as wished.
- Prediction: 17-23 (but it can be higher as a dark horse of jury voting)
🇬🇷 Greece: Marina Satti – Zari
- It is a multi-genres song, which combines ethnic pop, Balkan music, urban pop and even Indian Bollywood music.
- I still fell the performance isn’t tight enough, especially due to camera work.
- It communicates with modern urban music, and finally Greece sends a song in its native language.
- The performance starts with a concept similar to live Tik-Tok, what might attract some voters.
- Prediction: 6-12
🇬🇧 United Kingdom – Olly Alexander – Dizzy
- It is a synth mid-tempo pop song.
- The performance features a locker room with a flirty plot, as we can see the dancers and Olly flirt and touch each other.
- I believe that some people find be overwhelmed by this staging, while some other might love the LGBT theme and various camera angles.
- However, I found Olly’s vocals shaky and not accurate. He also tend to breathe too heavily.
- I tend to believe the UK’s place is one of the most challenging prediction of this year, as I simply can see it ending in each possible place.
- I feel the jury won’t like it that much.
- Prediction: 15-21
🇳🇴 Norway: Gåte – Ulveham
- It is a folk rock song, performed in Norwegian language.
- The lead singer’s vocal is very distinctive, therefore some people might really like it, while others the opposite.
- The staging concept is beautiful, especially the rotating platform with the nature items above.
- Initially, I tend to think it will score really well, but I a, not sure anymore. What also guides me is the low number of views to this live performance.
- We have a rick experience with such acts at Eurovision. Some of them have done great (Ukraine 2021), while other finished low (Spain 2023, France 2022).
- Prediction (A quite brave one ): 15-21
🇮🇹 Italy: Angelina Mango – La noia
- It is a Latin pop with influences of summer songs and the 2000’s music.
- Angelina is one of the most charismatic performers this year. I find her vocal abilities quite good.
- The beats of the songs are quite different compared to the others songs in the line-up
- Let’s not forget that Italy tends to do very well (Top 6 each year since 2017).
- Italy knows how to sell songs on stage.
- Prediction: 3-6
🇷🇸 Serbia: Teya Dora – Ramonda
- It is a lyrical ballad.
- The song is one of those whose performance relies on intimate and modest experience.
- Those who love simple ballads will connect to this one. However, I believe this is one of the songs that will do better with the jury.
- I can see eastern Europe supporting this one, but not sure about the general public.
- Prediction: 17-24
🇫🇮 Finland: Windows95man – No Rules!
- It is a dance pop-rap song with wide influences of the 1990’s music.
- The performance is one of the most provocative this year, and let me sum it up as “non-family friendly”
- I believe some people will find this one very entertaining, while other might dislike it.
- The jury will rank it low, I am sure
- Prediction: It will be all about the gap between public and jury: 15-20
🇵🇹 Portugal: Iolanda – Grito
- IIt is a modern ballad.
- I am afraid some people might find this one as a heavy one or even inaccessible.
- However, she serves it vocally and the contemporary dancers will contribue.
- It is a kind of a song that will work better with the jury.
- I believe that other ballad like France and Israel will be its main challenge.
- Prediction: 20-26
🇦🇲 Armenia: LADANIVA – Jako
- It is an ethnic song.
- This is one of the only ethnic songs in the line-up.
- The performance is like a live concert that everyone will chant to.
- I believe it can be one of the wild cards this year (on the public aspect).
- However, jury tend to appreciate these songs less than desired.
- Prediction: 8-14
🇨🇾 Cyprus: Silia Kapsis – Liar
- It is a dance pop song. There isn’t anything innovative about this one, but it might have a general pop appeal.
- Silia is the youngest o the artists this year.
- It is the wishful pop song by the book, and I am sure some people will really like it.
- However, she will have some competition from songs like Austria, Georgia and Luxembourg.
- Prediction: 13-18
🇨🇠Switzerland: Nemo – The Code
- It is a multi-genres song, which combines hip-hop, rap, pop, opera and more
- The staging suggest a concept that stands out, and it is really hard to perform.
- It is one of the most modern songs this year, and I can see this one appeal for both jury and the public.
- However, I tend to believe it will do better with the public
- Prediciton: 1-3
🇸🇮 Slovenia: Raiven – Veronika
- It is a mid-tempo electro dark pop ballad with opera elements.
- Raiven is one of the leading vocalists this year.
- The song coveys a very mysterious message.
- However, I am afraid not many people will love it (It is one of my favorites!).
- I feel the staging should have been darker.
- Slovenia tends to struggle and
- Prediction: 20-26
ðŸ‡ðŸ‡· Croatia: Baby Lasagna – Rim Tim Tagi Dim
- It is a techo trap pop song with metal rock influences.
- I would classify it as one the boldest songs this year. Many people connect to this one.
- The combination of rock, techno and ethnic motives will help it.
- I see the public support it more than jury
- Prediction: 1-3
🇬🇪 Georgia: Nutsa Buzaladze – Firefighter
- Georgia is finally in the final!
- It is an ethnic pop song.
- Nutsa will deliver vocally, and will be supported by 4 male dancers.
- I can see many people like it, but still won’t be close to win.
- Prediction: 11-15
🇫🇷 France: Slimane – Mon amour
- It is a chanson ballad.
- Slimane will sing dramatically, emotionally and intenitinally.
- He is a strong vocalist
- I guess some people will find it cliche, while some others will see this as a classic.
- I tend to believe it will do better with the jury, less with public
- Prediction: 7-12
🇦🇹 Austria: Kaleen – We Will Rave
- It is an techno-pop song .
- The song will have its audience, especially as throwback to the 1990’s.
- The vocals aren’t that accurate, but it blends will in the track.
- The performance delivers with lasers and good camera angles
- Prediction: 12-17
