Sweden, the host country of Eurovision 2024, confirmed its intention to take part in Eurovision 2025. The participation was confirmed per SVT’s answer to ESC Today
As always, we can expect Sweden to select its Eurovision entry and artist via the traditional selection process “Melodifestivalen”.
The format is usually spanned on 6 weeks, where the production travels around different cities in Sweden.
Further information will be revealed probably around August, with the opening of the submission window.
Marcus & Martinus represented Sweden at Eurovision 2024 with the song “Unforgettable”.
They finished in 9th place with 174 points
Eurovision 2025 will be held in Switzerland.
