Following Winning Eurovision 2024, Switzerland is in the middle of preparations for Eurovision 2025.
An integral part of brining the vision into life will be depend on the people in charge of the contest. That’s why the full line-up of Eurovision 2025 core team revealed today. The team is composed of Swiss and international members.
They will play a crucial part in the production team of the Eurovision 2025.
Let’s get to meet the core team members:
Executive Producers: Reto Peritz and Moritz Stadler
Reto Peritz is 51 years old. He is the director of entertainment at SRF, the largest electronic media house in German-speaking Switzerland.
Reto was the head of the Swiss Eurovision delegation between 2016 and 2021.
In addition, he was part of the Eurovision Reference group between 2019 and 2021.
Moritz Stadler is 38 years old. He is the head of operations at RTS, the French-speaking Swiss channel. In the past, he worked for the EBU.
Christer Björkman – Head of Contest

Björkman is an established Swedish producer. He is well known for being the producer of the Swedish national selection “Melodifestivalen”. Over the years, he has helped design the “Melodifestivalen” (as well as the Eurovision Song Contest) for its current modern shape.
Christer was the show’s producer and the contest producer at The Eurovision Song Contest, espescailly in 2016 and 2019 (2 recent Eurovision to be hosted by Sweden).
However, he has also supported Eurovision editions that have been held outside of Sweden.
In addition, he was one of the co-founders and format creator for the “American Song Contest” in 2022.
Some of us may also recognize him as Sweden‘s representative for Eurovision 1992, performing the song “I morgon är en annan dag”
Yves Schifferle – Head of Contest
Yves has the head of the Swiss Delegation. He will be in charge of the TV show aspects like: Voting sequence, flag parade and the whole show planning.
Additional Core Team Members
- Bernhard Spahni (Head of PMO) – He has an impressive record as event organizer, including Head of Events at Farner Emotions, Global Head of Event Marketing with Red Bull. Since 2022, he has been the head of Experience and Festival for the Olympics committee.
- Tobias Åberg (Head of Production) – He will be in charge of all the technical production aspects, including: Stage constructing, IT, infrastructure and more. Tobias brins a rich Eurovision experience, as he has been involved in the production of Eurovision 2013, 2016 and 2023.
- Nadja Burkhardt-Tracol (Head of Event) – She will be in charge of the relation between the host city and the production. Nadja has worked as Event Supervisor for different EBU projects over the years.

Nemo represented Switzerland at Eurovision 2024 with the song “The Code”.
They finished in first place with 591 points
Eurovision 2025 will be held in Switzerland.
