Malta has just selected its song and artist for Junior Eurovision 2024.
National broadcaster TVM organized the national selection “MJESC 2024”, where 14 young artists competed to represent the country in Madria in November 2024.
The line-up was:
- Andrea Camilleri – Gold
- Anneka Xerri – Trying To Be Me (Ħeq le)
- Chanel Abela Camilleri – I’ll Be Alright
- Daylin Cassar Randich – Bonafide
- Eleny Incorvaja Scerri – Guiding Light
- Emma Farrugia – Summertime
- Ilona Mercieca – Zip It Up
- Kayleen Mercieca – Lalala
- Keira Farrugia – Kif Jien
- Maria Curmi – Għawdex
- Ramires Sciberras – Stilla Ċkejkna
- Rihanna Mifsud, Mia Mifsud, Natalia Xerri, Alaiya Cini – Grrlz
- Shaznay Mangion – Above It All
- Thomas Casha – A Little Bit Longer

The Results
The final results were determined by a 80% professional jury and a 20% public vote.
In the end, the top 3 were revealed:
- Ramires Sciberras – Stilla Ċkejkna
- Emma Farrugia – Summertime
- GRRLZ (Rihanna Mifsud, Mia Mifsud, Natalia Xerri, Alaiya Cini) – Grrlz
Therefore Ramires Sciberras will fly the Maltese flag in JESC 2024!

Yulav Law represented Malta in Junior Eurovision 2023 with “Un Mondo Giusto“.
They ended up in 10th place with 94 points.
The 22nd edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, organized by the EBU, will take place in Madrid, Spain on 16th November 2024.
