Croatia : 221 Songs Were Submitted for “Dora 2025”


Croatia will choose its artist and entry for Eurovision 2025 via the national selection “Dora 2025”.
Dora” has been used as a selection process for Eurovision ever since 2019, and also between 1993 and 2011.

Croatian broadcaster HRT received a total of 221 submissions – a track record since the return of “Dora” in 2019.
The location and venue for “Dora 2025” are still to be determined.

Dora 2025 – Known Details

  1. The submission window closed on the 15th of November 2024.
  2. The selection committee will select 24 songs to participate in the “Dora 2025“, and additional 4 reserve songs.
  3. “Dora 2025” will be held in the second half of February 2025.
  4. The winner of “Dora 2025” will be selected by a combination of an expert jury and a public vote.
  5. The full format, as well as the number of shows, will be revealed no later than the 20th of January 2025.
  6. The shortlisted artists will have to finalize their video clip no later than the 5th of January 2025.

Baby Lasagna represented Croatia at Eurovision 2024 with the song “Rim Tim Tagi Dim”.
He finished in 2rd place with 547 points

Eurovision 2025 will be held in Basel, Switzerland on the 13th, 15th and 17th of May 2025
