Israel will choose its Eurovision 2025 artist via “Hakohav Haba La’Eurovision 2025″ (Eng: The Rising Star For Eurovision 2025).
You can watch the show at 20:30 CET on Sunday, Tuesday, and Saturday.
The hosts of the new season (the 11th) are Asi Azar and Rotem Sela.
The duo have hosted the show together ever since the 2nd season.
Asi Azar has hosted the show ever since the 1st season.
He is also well-known for being one of the hosts of Eurovision 2019 in Tel Aviv
The jury panel remains the same as the 2024 edition:
The former judges who will continue to act this year as well are: Shiri Maymon (Israel, Eurovision 2005), Keren Peles, Ran Danker, Itay Levi, Assaf Amdursky, and Eden Hasson.
As for the show’s progress so far, 21 artists made it to the studio shows, 3 of them were elimiated last week. The 18 artists who are left in the race are:

Regarding the selection of the song, we will still have to wait.
In most cases, Israel opens a submission window for the song shortly after the grand final of “Hakohav Haba“.
The only difference was in 2016, where the list of songs became known just before the final.
Eurovision 2025 will be held in Basel, Switzerland on the 13th, 15th and 17th of May 2025
