Ukraine will select its Eurovision 2025 entry via “Vidbir 2025“.
Tina Karol, who represented Ukraine at Eurovision 2006, will be the musical producer of “Vidbir 2025”
Last week, 9 of the “Vidbir 2025” names have been revealed:
- Ziferblat – “Bird of Pray”
- Абіє (Abie) – “Dim” (Eng: Home)
- ДК Енергетик (DK Energetik) – “Sil'” (Eng: Salt)
- Маша Кондратенко (Masha Kondratenko) – “No Time To Cry”
- Влад Шериф (Vlad Sherif) – “Wind of Change”
- Future Culture – “Waste My Time”
- KHAYAT – “Honor”
- KRYLATA – “Stay True”
- MOLODI – “My Sea”
Today, the Ukrainian broadcaster Suspilne revealed that “Vidbir 2025″ will be held on Saturday, the 8th of February 2025.
In addition, the public had a say in choosing the jury panel members, who will decided 50% of the results. Around 442K people voted in the poll.
The chosen jury are:


- Jamala – 35.28% (The singer won Eurovision 2016)
- Sergey Tancinets – 20.24% (The lead singer of the rock band “Bez Obmezhen“)
- Kateryna Pavlenko – 11.84% (The lead singer of Go_A, who represented Ukraine in Eurovision 2020-2021)
Jamala is considered a constant member of the jury panel.
Sergey Tancinets will be a jury member for the 2nd time.
Kateryna was one of the hosts of “Vidbir 2023”

However, the final line-up hasn’t been completed yet, as the public will have the right to grant a wild-card to one of the following artists:

- Слухай Сашу (Listen to Sasha)
- BRYKULETS
- ENLEO
- FIЇNKA
- GRISANA
- MON FIA
- Ranrawi
- Starykova Hrystyna
- TESLENKO
- YAGODY
Vidbir 2025 – Known Details
- A total of 374 songs have been submitted for “Vidbir 2025″.
- A professional jury selected 20 songs to advance to the live auditions.
- 9 artists have already secured their place in the final.
- The public will be able to grant a wildcard to additional artists among the 11 remaining artists.
- The list of 10 finalists will be revealed by the 17th of January 2025.
- “Vidbir 2025” will probably be held on the 8th of February 2025.
- The winner will be determined by a combination of a public vote and a local jury panel.

So far, Ukraine is the only country that has always qualified for the final!
Eurovision 2025 will be held in Basel, Switzerland on the 13th, 15th, and 17th of May 2025
