Live from Basel, the Swiss broadcaster SRG SSR will hold the first semi-final of Eurovision 2025.

The line-up for tonight will include 16 semi-finalists and 3 automatic qualifiers:

  • 1. 🇦🇺 Australia: Go-Jo – Milkshake Man
  • 2. 🇲🇪 Montenegro: Nina Žižić – DobrodoÅ¡li
  • 3. 🇮🇪 Ireland: EMMY – Laika Party
  • 4. 🇱🇻 Latvia: Tautumeitas – Bur man laimi
  • 5. 🇦🇲 Armenia: PARG – Survivor
  • 6. 🇦🇹 Austria: JJ – Wasted Love
  • AQ.🇬🇧 UK: Remember Monday – What The Hell Just Happened?
  • 7. 🇬🇷 Greece: Klavdia – Asteromáta
  • 8. 🇱🇹 Lithuania: Katarsis – Tavo akys
  • 9. 🇲🇹 Malta: Miriana Conte – Serving
  • 10. 🇬🇪 Georgia: Mariam Shengelia – Freedom
  • AQ. 🇫🇷 France: Louane – maman
  • 11. 🇩🇰 Denmark: Sissal – Hallucination
  • 12. 🇨🇿 Czechia: Adonxs – Kiss Kiss Goodbye
  • 13. 🇱🇺 Luxembourg: Laura Thorn – La Poupée Monte Le Son
  • 14. 🇮🇱 Israel: Yuval Raphael – New Day Will Rise

10 countries will qualify for the final on Saturday

The Qualifiers Sequence – New Format

  1. The first 9 qualifiers will be announced as follows:
    • Each time, we will see 3 artists on a split screen.
    • One of them will be announced as a qualifier
    • The remaining 2 acts will have to wait until the next time they are on the split screen. That doesn’t mean they won’t qualify.
    • No country will appear more than 3 times on the screen
  2. The 10th qualifier will be announced out of the remaining acts

In addition, 4 former Eurovision 2020 participants will perform their Eurovision 2020 entries:

  • Gjon’s Tears (Switzerland)
  • The Roop (Lithuania)
  • Efendi (Azerbaijan)
  • Destiny (Malta)

Eurovision 2025 will be held in Basel, Switzerland on the 13th, 15th, and 17th of May 2025.
