The Theme Art

The Maltese festa brings families, communities and generations together in villages across the islands, United by Music and a shared spirit of celebration. For Junior Eurovision 2026, its flags, decorations, band music, processions and festive atmosphere will inspire the show’s staging, lighting, sound and more.

The Stage

  • The stage is inspired by the Maltese Festa
  • The central stage is surrounded by elements inspired by Maltese streetscapes, including colourful façades and traditional balconies.
  • Rooted in the visual traditions of Malta’s village festas, the stage design weaves local heritage into its lighting, architecture, and scenery.
