Maltese broadcaster PBS has selected its artist for Junior Eurovision 2026
The selection process was based on “The Voice Kids – Malta”.
The 3 mentors were: Gaia Cauchi, Destiny Chukunyere, and Aleandro Spiteri Monsigneur. The 2 first of them won Junior Eurovision in the past.
The results were based on a jury vote, and the winner is 11-year-old Beppe Caruana.
His song will be selected internally and be revealed in the upcoming weeks.
Beppe has just released his Junior Eurovision 2026 song – “Blue Bird”
The team behind the song includes Matt Blxck, Matthew James, and Muxu.
Matt Blxck is well-known for his multiple “MESC” participations (The Maltese national selection for Eurovision).
Matt Blxck tried to represent Malta in Eurovision in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2026

The 24th edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest will be held on Saturday, October 24th, 2026.
Junior Eurovision 2026 will be held at the MFCC venue in Ta’Qali. Malta
