“Palante” The Spanish Music Video For JESC2020 OUT NOW

9-year-old Soleá Fernandez Moreno who will represent Spain at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021 has finally released the full version of her entry “Palante”

“Palante” music video was recorded mainly in Seville and was directed by made by Sergey Shilenok. in it you can see Soleá singing and dancing on places that presents the warm Mediterranean character of her country and the positive theme of her song.

In the full version of the song present’s Spain’s rich musical roots with the ethnic sounds and the flamenco vibes (cappella at the beginning, the clapping and the bridge). these elements fits perfectly to the song positive and encouraging message about facing the Covid- 19 global crisis and how we keep on forward to #MoveTheWorld as 2021 hashtag states.

The Spanish broadcast RTVE has also revealed the preparation for the contest which will be produced remotely and shared this document with guidance of how the stage should build like in each country

Spain debut the contest in first edition in 2003 but has participated in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest only 5 times. the won the contest once in 2004 when MARÍA ISABEL sang “ANTES MUERTA QUE SENCILLA” in Lillehammer, Norway

The 18th edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest will stay in Poland as of last winner’s winner Viki Gabor. there 13 countries will #MoveTheWorld on the night of November 29th where a new star will be born. this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in order to keep the artists and delegations safe, the acts will be pre-recorded on a local studio in each country together with an online voting making its comeback!
