Albania: “Festivali i Këngës 59” Full Line-up Has Been Revealed

Exciting news from Albania! The first national selection every year will be held on December 2020 in order to choose the artist and the song for Eurovision 2021.


The line-up includes 26 songs that will be allocated into 2 semi-finals later on.

Devis Xherahu – Peng (Hostage)

The singer has participated in “Festivali i Këngës 58”

Orgesa Zaimi – Valixhja e kujtimeve (The suitcase of memories)

The singer is an iconic character and one of the favorites in the fandom. She participated in the festival in 2018 and 2019.


Festina Mejzini – Kush je ti dashuri (Who is the one you love)

The singer participated in the first season of “X-Factor Albania


Franc Koruni – E morën botën (They took the world)


Inis Neziri – Pendesë (Reprentance)

The singer participated in the festival in 2018.


Sardi Strugaj – Kam me t’ba me kajt (“I’ll make you cry”)

Gjergj Kaçinari – Më jep jetë (Give me life)

Rosela Gjylbegu – Vashëzo (Daughter)

Klevis Bega (Kastro Ziso) – Vallja e jetës (Dance of life)

The singer participated in last year’s national final


Klinti Çollaku – Do t’ja dal (I will do it)



The singer participated in the national selection for Eurovision 2019.


Anxhela Peristeri – Karma

Anxhela Peristeri is 34 years old well-known Albanian singer and songwriter. She is the winner of the first edition of “Your Face Sounds Familiar“, the winner of the second place in “C’est la Vie” and the winner of “Kënga Magjike 2017


Wendi Mancaku – Si ajo (Like Her)


Wendi participated in last year festival


Fatos Shabani – Ty (You)


Fatos is a “new-comer” to the festival. he is a rock singer


Florent Abrashi – Vajzë (Girl)

Florent is a “new-comer” to the festival. he is a rock singer


Enxhi Nasufi – Njësoj (Same)

The singer participated in the third season of “X-Factor Albania”


Kamela Islamaj – Ajo vajza (That girl)

Erikson Lloshi – Jo (No)

Erik is well known as a participant in “Kënga Magjike“. He participated in this festival in the years: 2013, 2014, 2016, 2018, 2019.

Xhesika Polo – Më mbron (Protect me)

Xhesika Polo is 23 years old Albanian singer. She auditioned for Season 1 of “X Factor Albania“and made it all the way to the final as part of the Girls category mentored by Juliana Pasha (who represented Albania at Eurovision 2010) . Xhesika finished in 3rd place in the final.

In 2018, the singer attempted to represent Albania at Eurovision 2018. Therefore, she participated in “Festivali i Këngës 56“. 


Manjola Nallbani – Ora e jetës (Hour of Life)

The singer participated in the festival several times, for instance in the years 1993, 1995, 2017


Giliola Haveriku – E lirë (Free)

The singer participated in “The Voice of Albania” in 2016.


Viktor Tahiraj – Nënë (Mother)


Agim Poshka – Vendi im (My place)


Stefan Marena – Meteor



The singer participated in “The Voice of Kids – Albania” in 2014


The songs will probably be published on December 2020.
Who will represent Albania at Eurovision 2021? It’s early to know, however the country will replace the representative for Eurovision 2020 who even doesn’t participate in this year edition.
