Russia: Local Media Claims Eurovision 2021 Act Will Be Revealed on March 8th

The Russian broadcaster has been silent since the country confirmed its participation at Eurovision 2021.

However, the Russian website 360TV shared some news this morning.
According to them, the artist for Eurovision 2021 has been internally selected by the broadcaster.
The artist will be revealed on Monday the 8th of March 2021.
An unofficial source of 360TV, suggested that the band Little Big would represent Russia at Eurovision 2021.

The band should have represented the country at Eurovision 2020 with the song “Uno“.


However, the content was canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

What About The Song For Eurovision 2021?

The same source claims that Russia will select their song via a national final where the Russian public will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite song among several songs.
Russian journalist and TV host Yana Churikova will probably be the host of the show.

At the time, none of Little Big, Russia Channel 1 or the EBU confirmed the details.
