Earlier tonight, the 12 eliminated acts from the “Melodi Grand Prix 2022” competed at the opportunity to earn another spot in the grand final.
So far, “Melodi Grand Prix 2022” has included 4 semi-finals. 4 artists have competed in each one of them, but only one artist qualified from each semi-final.
The 12 artists faced another public vote. At the end of the vote, the top 4 of them got a spot in the second chance round that will be held this Saturday.
The 4 qualifiers to the second round of the second chance are:
TrollfesT – “Dance Like a Pink Flamingo” [participated in semi-final 1]
Mari Bølla – “Your Loss” [participated in semi-final 3]
Maria Mohn – “Fly” [participated in semi-final 4]
Kim Wigaard – “La Melodia” [participated in semi-final 4]
On Saturday, they will compete in 3 duels, until one act is announced as the winner.
The winner of the second chance will compete in the grand final of the “Melodi Grand Prix 2022” on the 19th of February 2022.
One of them will join the 9 artists that have already guaranteed their place in the grand final:

- Christian Ingebrigtsen – Wonder of the World
- Subwoolfer – Give That Wolf A Banana
- NorthKid – Someone
- Anna-Lisa Kumoji – Queen Bees
- Frode – Black Flowers
- Farida Louise – Dangerous
- Oda Gondrosen – Hammer of Thor
- Sofie Fellvjang – Made of Glass

Norway will perform in the second half of semi-final 1 of Eurovision 2022 which will be held on the 10th of May 2022.
If the country qualifies, Norway will compete in the grand final on the 14th of May 2022.
