Format
- The results will be determined by a 50% public vote and a 50% international jury.
- The public vote will be divided and aggregated by the age groups: televoters, 3 – 9 years old, 10 –15, 16 – 29, 30 – 44, 45 – 59, 60 – 74, and 75+. Each group will grant a set of 1-8, 10,,12 points.
- The international jury will include 8 countries: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Croatia, Germany, Latvia, Malta and Spain. Each jury panel will grant a set of 1-8, 10,,12 points.
