The official TaP Music account on Twitter released the following announcement today:
According to this announcement, TaP music will no longer be part of the UK’s participation in the Eurovision Song Contest.
The exact reasons for the end of this partnership haven’t been mentioned.
However, the general climate of the post suggest that things ended on a positive side for the two of them.
TaP Music is an artist management and publishing company. With joint headquarters in London and Los Angeles.
Among their signed artists, we will be able to find: Lana Del Rey, Ellie Goulding, Dermot Kennedy, Leigh-Anne, Mabel, Noah Cyrus, CL, Christine and the Queens, Caroline Polachek and London Grammar and more.

The collaboration between the record label and the BBC has started in 2022.
Their first attempt led to one of the most successful UK’s entries in the contest:
Sam Ryder ended in the 2nd place with a total of 466 points
Last March, Mae Muller was internally selected to represent the UK, by a joint decision of TaP Music and the BBC.
She ended in the 25th place with a total of 24 points, performing “I Wrote a Song“:

Along the years, the UK’s national broadcaster BBC, have selected artists in several different ways.
In the years 2011-2015, 2020, 2021 the artists were internally selected.
While between the years 2016 and 2019, the BBC organized a national selection.
Eurovision 2024
So far, the list of countries that have confirmed participation in Eurovision 2024 includes: Sweden, Norway, Finland, Israel, Moldova, Estonia, Austria, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Malta, Serbia, Switzerland, Azerbaijan, Lithuania, and Ukraine
Eurovision 2024 will be held in Malmö, Sweden.
The semi-final will be held on the 7th and 9th of May 2024, and the grand final will be held on the 11h of May 2024
