Eurovision Asia 2026: Your Full Guide to “Korea’s Next Wave”

The first edition of Eurovision Song Contest Asia 2026 is already in the process, with the Eurovision Song Contest Asia website and the official Eurovision page announcing the schedules for the national selections that will select the entries of participating countries that have opted to use national selections to choose their entrant.

The 4th country to select its artist for the contest is South Korea
They will select their Eurovision Asis 2026 entry via “Korera’s Next Wave”, which will be held on Friday, September 4th, 2026 at 16:00 CEST (23:00 Korea Time)

8 acts will take part in the national selection:

  1. Sojeong Shim – “EHERADIYA“
  2. KIK – “F1“
  3. huiAe – “If I Knew Love“
  4. Angel Noise – “(NAN NAYA!)“
  5. Younghoon Ji – “Tiny Signal“
  6. 9278 – “MAKEITLOUD (SHEBARKS)“
  7. PLZY – “toc“
  8. JUNHEE – “Deep Dive“

  •   Jo Kwon will host the televised show.
  • The results will be based on 40% professional jury, 40% national public vote, and 20% ROW vote.
  • The online vote will be available via the Eurovision Asia website. Each voter will be able to spread 8 votes between 3 acts.
  • Voters around the world can vote via this link
  • Broadcaster ENA has put together a truly esteemed panel of judges especially for the occasion. Major names across the music and wider entertainment industry, JOO YOUNG HOON, CHAERINA, Yoonhan, Hyungtag Lee and KLOZER will be on hand to provide commentary after each of the eight performances.
