“Festival Da Canção 2021” Semi-Final 1 Summary and Results

Portugal held the first semi-final of “Festival Da Canção 2021”:

  2. Valéria – Na Mais Profunda Saudade
  3. mema. – Claro Como Água 
  4. Nadine – Cheguei Aqui
  5. Miguel Marôco – Girassol
  6. Fábia Maia – Dia Lindo
  7. IRMA – Livros
  8. Karetus & Romeu Bairos – Saudade
  9. Sara Afonso – Contramão
  10. IAN – Mundo

The hosts of the night:

The results were determined by 50% national jury voting and 50% public voting:

The jury panel consists of 6 people:

#1. Marta Carvalho – Last year composer and writer of “Medo de Sentir” (winner of “Festival da Canção 2020”)
#2. NBC – Runner-up of “Festival da Canção 2019”
#3. Paulo de Carvalho – The winner of “Festival da Canção” in years 1974 and 1977
#4. Rita Carmo -Photographer
#5. Rita Guerra – Represented Portugal at Eurovision 2003
#6. Vanessa Augusto – Television presenter

The 5 qualifiers are:

Fábia Maia – Dia Lindo

Karetus & Romeu Bairos – Saudade

Sara Afonso – Contramão

While the 5 elimineted acts are:

Nadine – Cheguei Aqui

Next Saturday, the 27th of February, Portugal will hold the second semi-final of “Festival Da Canção 2021” with other 10 acts.
Who will get the trophy?

Portugal will compete in the second half of semi-final 2 at Eurovision 2021
