Austria: 2 Acts Are Reportedly Claiming The Stage For Eurovision 2022 In Turin

According to multiple reports in the Austrian and German media, we learn that ORF hasn’t decided yet about the act that will represent Austria at Eurovision 2022.

Back in November 2021, we reported that there are 4 acts are in the race to represent Austria at Eurovision 2022. We’ve even tried to guess them by the given hints.
Now, it seems that the decision will be among 2 out of the 4.

The 2 following acts are reportedly to be the final 2 acts to be discussed by ORF.
Austrian website kleinezeitung reports that a final decision will be made next week.

Even though we reported the same names last week in our weekly “Around The Continent“, let’s do it once again:

Anger is a pop duo from Brixen, South Tyrol. The duo were founded in 2017.
The members are Nora Pider and Julian Angerer
In recent years, they have lived in Vienna.
The duo members are: Julian Angerer and Nora Pider.
They released their first album “Heart / Break” in 2019. They made their first 1st place on radio stations in June 2019 with the song “Baby“.

Apparently, they submitted a song with the title “Das Meer” (Eng: The Sea).
And yes, it means they will probably sing in the German language.

Meanwhile, you can listen to some of their songs (NOT FOR EUROVISION)

DJ LUM!X (Feat. Victoria Swarovski – ?)

DJ LUM!X (real name: Luca Michlmayer) is only 20 years old, but already has some significant successes. He has achieved gold status in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. His tracks have more than 200 million streams on Spotify.
Hoever, DJ LUM!X should be joined by a vocalist.
We guess he will probably collaborate with the vocalist Victoria Swarovski. She is a 28 year old TV presenter and pop singer.
