Spanish broadcaster RTVE held a special press conference during the Latin Grammy Awards in Seville.
The 16 artists who will compete in “Benidorm Fest 2024” (The Spanish selection for Eurovision 2024) have been revealed. Their songs will be released on Thursday, the 14th of December 2023.

About The Artists
#1. Almácor – 26 years ago, began his career in 2019. His music can be described as a combination of urban rhythms, Afrobeat , reggaeton and dancehall. He released his MELANCOLIZ in 2023. He has been nominated for Best Urban Newcomer at the “Los 40 Music Awards”.
#2. Angy Fernandez – 33 years old Palma de Mallorca, is a Spanish singer, actress presenter. She rose to fame, after reaching the final of the first season of “X-Factor Spain”. By 2013, she has released 2 studio albums and there after took a long break from music for 10 years!
However in 2023, she has released some songs.
In her repertoire, we can also find winning “Your Face Sound Familiar To Me” and playing in the TV series “Physics or Chemistry”.
#3.Dellacruz – Jorge de la Cruz Correa is a 31 years old Canarian composer and singer. He started to release music in 2019. His genre can be described as urban. In addition, he composed songs for well-known singers like: Sergio Dalma, Dvicio, Famous and David Civera
#4. Jorge González – 35 years old singer who has already tried to represent Spain twice. In 2009 with the song “Yo Vengo A Enamorarte“, and in 2014 with the song “Aunque se acabe el mundo“. In 2006, he participated in “Operación Triunfo”. He has also participated in “La Voz” and “New Wave Festival”.
#5. Lérica – The Spanish duo consists of Tony Mateo (29 years old) and Juan Carlos Arauzo (31 years old). Their musical range moves between pop and tropical genres to urban genres and flamenc. The duo has already achieved 14 platinum records and 9 gold records.
They have collaborated with L-Gante, Gente de Zona, Belinda, Abraham Mateo, Beret, Mau y Ricky, Omar Montes, Juan Magán, Cali and El Dandee.
#6.Mantra – The trio was formed in 2020 and consists of Carlos Marco (32 years old), Paula Pérez (25 years old) and Charly Weinberg (25 years old). Their first album “Epicentro” reached number 1 of best selling albums in Spain, and led the charts for 10 weeks.
Their music can be described as romantic pop songs with strong Latin influences.
Carlos Marco (as part of Auryn) competed to represent Spain at Eurovision 2011.
#7. María Peláe – The 33 years old singer-songwriter has already 15 yeas of experience in the music industry. She usually combined flamenco music with social criticism and humor.
In 2016, she released her debut album – “Hipochondria“.
In 2022. she released her second album “La Folcrónica” and won the “Best Flamenco Album”.
In June 2023, she was awarded the Rainbow Award from the Ministry of Equality
#8. Marlena – The duo consists of Ana Legazpi (lead vocalist) and Carolina Moyano (guitarists). They became known after releasing the song “Me Sabe Mal” in 2021.
The music can be described as distinctive pop with texts that engage daily topics.
The same year, they won “The Breakthrough of The Year”.
So far, they gave more than 30 concerts.
The band has also appeared on “X Factor Italy”.
#9. Miss Caffeína – Alberto Jiménez (vocals), Sergio Sastre (keyboards, guitar and synthesizer) and Antonio Poza (guitar and electric bass) are the members of the alternative electro pop band. The band was formed in 2005.
Following the release of their debut album “Detroit”, they secured a spot in the Spanish Indie-pop industry. In 2019, they released the album “Oh Long Johnson“. In 2022, the released an additional album.
#10. Nebulossa – María Bas is the lead vocalist behind this protect, with the support of the producer Mark Dasousa. They create synth-pop music with wide influences of the 1980’s music.
Among their known songs, we can find: “Glam” and “Me pones a 1000“.
#11. Noan – He is a 25 years old Basque multi-instrumentalist, singer and composer.
With hits like ME MATA(S)” and “Superpoder“, he made his name in the local pop industry.
However, he has also experience with midtempo po-rock music with the song “Con los Pies en el Techo“.
#12. Quique Niza – Quique González is the youngest competitor in the festival this year. He is 20 years old made his career with long participations in musical and theatre. He participated in “Madrid’s Gran Vía“, “Sonrisas Y Lágrimas” and “Laura y el enigma“, and even played Danny Zuko in the last local production of the “Grease”.
His debut single “Ardo” was released earlier this year.
#13. Roger Padrós – 26 years old Roger Padrós released his first EP “Mil Más” in 2019.
He participated in the 7th edition of “LA Voz”.
In 2022, he released the album “La Vida és Millor“.
Currently, he is working on his next album.
#14. Sofía Coll – Sofía Coll is a 24 years-old singer, dancer, presenter, composer and actress.
She began her musical journey in 2014, when participating in “The Voice Kids”.
In 2020, she released her debut album “Génesis“.
She has also collaborated with Rakky Ripper (“Benidorm Fest 2023″).
Currently, The Catalan singer is working on her 2nd EP.
#15. st. Pedro – Pedro Hernández is 27 years old is from Canary Islands.
He studied Classical Percussion at the conservatory.
In 2017, he was a finalists in “La Voz”.
Currently, he is working on a new album, consisting ballads to salsa, ranchera or merengue.

#16.Yoly Saa – Yolanda Saa Filgueira is a 31 years-old Galician singer-songwriter, lyricist and composer.
In 2020, she released her first EP “Magma“, including the song “Todo Contigo”.
In 2022, she released her 2nd album “A golpes de fe“, including the songs “Galicia” and the theme song “Galerna”
“Benidorm Fest 2024” – Known Details

- 16 artists will participate in the festival. 8 of them will compete in each semi-final.
- “Benidorm Fest 2024” will feature 2 semi-finals and a final.
- Each show will be determined by:
- 50% international and national jury
- 25% public votes
- 25% demographic jury, representing different parts of the population.
- “Benidorm Fest 2024″ semi-finals will be held on the 30th of January 2024 (Tuesday) and the 1st of February 2024 (Thursday). The grand final will be held on Saturday, the 3rd of February 2024.

Blanca Paloma represented Spain at Eurovision 2023.
She performed the song “Eaea” and ended up 17th in the grand final:

Eurovision 2024 will be held in Malmö, Sweden.
The semi-finals will be held on the 7th and 9th of May 2024, and the grand final will be held on the 11h of May 2024
