Albania: Over 100 Songs Submitted For “Festivali i Këngës 64”

Albania will select its Eurovision 2025 act via “Festivali i Këngës 64”.
The festival will be held in December, with the submission window closed on September 30th, 2025.

RTSH published an interview with Belioza Çoku, the “Festivali i Këngës 64” producer, where additional details have been specified:

  1. More than 100 songs were submitted to the festival.
  2. The festival will be held during December 2025, and will last 4 nights: 2 semi-finals, nostalgia night, and a grand final.
  3. The public is expected to be involved in the final voting.
  4. The list of shortlisted artists is expected to be revealed soon.
  5. The songs will be released during November.

Shkodra Elektronike represented Albania in Eurovision 2025
They performed “Zjerm” and ended in 8th place

Eurovision 2026 will be held in Vienna, Austria, on May 12th, 14th, and 16th, 2026.
