“Luxembourg Song Contest 2026” Participants Have Been Announced

Luxembourgish broadcaster RTL revealed more details regarding the national selection for Eurovision 2026. The show will be used as the national selection for Eurovision for the 3rd year in a row.

With the closing of the submission window, it has been revealed that a total of 83 songs have been submitted to the selection process. Overall, 58 artists applied to the selection process.
Which means that some artists have submitted 2-3 songs.
Among the 58 artists, there are some familiar names, alongside newcomers.

“Luxembourg Song Contest 2026” – The Line-Up

8 artists will compete in the national selection:

  1. Andrew the Martian
  2. Daryss
  3. Eva Marija
  4. Hugo One
  5. Irem
  6. Luzac
  7. ShiroKuro
  8. Steve Castile

The jury panel selecting the finalists commented:

“We were impressed by the diversity of the acts who took part in the auditions. It’s so important that everyone had an equal chance to perform for the judges, which is what makes the Luxembourg Song Contest so special. Some of the artists who auditioned are just starting out in their musical careers, and we hope the experience, as well as the feedback from the jury, will help them to further develop their talents in the future. It was an honours for us to be part of the selection process and we wish each of the contestants all the best in their future careers”

“Luxembourg Song Contest 2026” – Known Details

  1. The final show will take place in Rockhal, at Esch-sur-Alzette on January 24th, 2026.
  2. The results will be based on public vote and international jury vote.
  3. The songs will be revealed in later date.

Laura Thorn represented Luxembourg in Eurovision 2025
She performed “La Poupée Monte Le Son” and ended in 22nd place with 47 points:
