Could it be that The Roop band will try their luck in Eurovision for the 3rd time in a row?
after winning the national selection “Pabandom iš naujo!” in 2020 and 2021 and representing Lithuania in Eurovision 2021, it seems the band aims to participate in the national selection in 2022 as well!

Yesterday, the band uploaded a new song to their Youtube account with the remark “Eurovision 2022”.
However, later on the words “Eurovision 2022″ were deleted from the video’s title

You can watch the video-clip here:

we are still not sure whether The Roop will take part in “Pabandom iš naujo! 2022″, or it is just a P.R. trick to get more attention.

However, there are 2 other potential candidates in the Lithuanian selection for Eurovision 2022:

Erica Jennings

Erica represented Lithuania as a member of the band SKAMP at Eurovision 2001.
They performed the song “You Got Style” and ended-up in 13th place in the grand final.
