Tamara Grujeska Is The First Junior Eurovision Participant for North Macedonia

With only Three days after the grand final of the Eurovision Song Contest in Liverpool the P.E.D period is about to be over and the preparations for the contest’s little sister gearing up.

Now, when the host city for the next Junior Song Contest Nice has been officially announce and so does the theme “Heroes”, the ball is now in the hands of the national broadcasters that participating in this year edition to share their plans.

First to reveal it act is North Macedonia (MRT) revealing that raising the flag this year will be The 12-year-old Tamara Grujeska. Tamara was born on December 2, 2010 in Gostivar. Despite her young age, she already won the international ““Ezerski Biseri” competition and participated at “Zvezdichki” festival as well.

Tamara was internally selected through an audition round that was held on 11 May 2023 at the MRT Studios in Skopje. Her song for the Junior Song Contest will be released on a later date.

Last year represented the country Lara feat. Jovan & Irina with the song “Životot E Pred Mene” and ranked 14th collecting 54 points.

The 21st edition of the Junior Eurovision will take place on Sunday November 26, 2023 at 16:00 CET live from “Palais Nikaia” in Nice, France. 12 countries already confirmed participation so far:
