Monaco: Eurovision 1963 Representative Françoise Hardy Passed Away

Sad news came from France, the singer-songwriter and actress Françoise Madeleine Hardy passed away at the age of 80, following a laryngeal cancer illness.
She represented Monaco at Eurovision 1963 with the song “L’amour s’en va” (Eng: Love Flies Away) and ended in the 5th place:

Françoise Hardy is well-known due to her melancholic ballads.
She mainly sang in French, but also in Italian, English and German.
During her long career, she has released around 30 albums and has been one of the best seller artists in France.
She has also recorded part of her albums in London.
