The EBU and the Dutch broadcasters NPO, NOS and AVROTROS have made us all to shine a light tonight and they surly save the best for last!
The biggest issue of the day was for sure the announced of Rotterdam as the host city for the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 and city’s Ahoy Arena as the venue of the show.
No dates were mentioned yet, but this too will be revealed in the close future for sure.

As the host city and venue was chosen, the Executive Supervisor of the contest Mr. Jon Ola Sand was passing the throne to the next chief Mr. Martin Österdah with this famous #TakeItAway blessing!
Excited by his next assignment, Österdah was quoted:

It’s vitally important that the Eurovision Song Contest returns next year, and we’re pleased to have the necessary commitment from our Members in the Netherlands to bring this much-loved show back to audiences across the world. I firmly believe that all of us involved in the Eurovision Song Contest will stand united through challenges and change to bring the Contest back stronger than ever, ensuring its longevity for decades to come
For the moment, 26 countries already been approved to take part on the show. 18 of them belongs to 2020 class and got blessed by their national networks to fulfill their dream in 2021.
