Welcome to our series of posts – “The Looker” where we will share our wish list of artists participating in Eurovision.
This is the 3rd year in a row that we are running the project.
But before we start, let us remark that our recommendations will not necessarily come true (as for example some countries select their artists by reality shows)
This is the 9th post in the series and it will concentrate on 3 countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia.

#1. Lilit Hovhannisyan
Lilit Hovhannisyan is a 35 year-old Armenian pop singer, video director and fashion designer.
In 2006, she participated in the Armenian pop idol – “Hay Superstar”, where she ended 4th.
In 2011, she released the album “Nran“.
In 2013, she released the “Best of” collection with 23 of her songs.
In 2020, she released a live-album.
In 2022, she released a remanke album.
Between the years 2008 and 2016, she won 22 different awards

Lilit Hovhannisyan is an established pop singer.
Choosing her, Armenia can bring an upbeat ethnic pop that we haven’t received from them in a long time.
#2. Sona Rubenyan & Garik Papoyan
The duo Garik & Sona was formed in 2016.
In 2018, they awarded as the song of the year for “Lusin”.
Sona Rubenyan is a 29 year-old Armenian singer-songwriter.
In 2011, Sona won the 5th season of “Hay SuperStar” (Armeniam pop idol).
In 2014, she represented the country at the “New Wave” contest.
Garik Papoyan is a 38 year-old Armanian musician, comedian, presenter, actor and writer.
He rose to prominence as a member of the band 32 Atam club (between 2006 and 2010).
In 2014, he wrote the song “Not Alone” for Aram MP3. The song represented Armenia in Eurovision 2014, and ended 4th in the final.
Papoyan is the creator of the “Rock Generation” movement in Armenia.
In 2022, he co-hosted Junior Eurovision 2022.
In 2021, they released the album “ZNGL“.

Sona Rubenyan & Garik Papoyan create a fusion of traditional folk music with elements of pop and rock. Musically, they always bring a new direction – authanicity is a key factor to success.

#1. Mado Salikh
Mado Salikh (real name: Mədinə Salih) is a 25 year-old Azerbaijani singer-songwriter.
In 2021, she participated in “The Voice of Azerbaijan”, under the mentorship of Eldar (who represented Azerbaijan at Eurovision 2011). She ended her road to the semi-finals.
The winner of the season was Nadir Rustamli (who represented Azerbaijan at Eurovision 2022).

Mado Salikh is a young talented artist that shows versatile abilities.
Most of the time, she suggests a high-quality dark pop genre that might fit perfectly to Eurovision.
#2. Eminzada
EMIN EMINZADA (better known as Eminzada) is a 26 year-old Azerbaijani singer-songwriter.
he studied the core of classical music at an academic level and graduated with distinction from Baku Music Academy.
Over the years, he split his life between Azerbaijan, Turkey and L.A. and currently London.
In March 2023, he released his first EP – “Don’t Tell My Mother”.

Eminzada created an alternative pop music with influences of local sound that he grew into.
With his music, he expresses freedoms of art, authenticity and the importance of self love.
I believe he can represent Azerbaijan with a kind of innovative song.

#1. Megi Gogitidze
Megi Gogitidze is a 33 year-old Georgian singer-songwriter and composer.
In 2014, she competed in “The Voice of Ukraine” where she reached the semi-finals.
In 2016, she released the song “Kvavilebis Kveana” and was awarded the singer of the year and the best song of 2016.
In 2018, she rleased the album “Megi Si“.
In 2019, she released the album “Nu Geshinia”.
In 2020, she releaed the EP “+1”.
On May 26, 2023 she was awarded the title “Honorary citizen of the city of Kobuleti”

Megi Gogitidze is one of the most popular singers in Georgia.
Her warm voice and the tribute she makes with creating music in the Georgian language can make a great impact.
#2. Natia Todua
Natia Todua is a 26 year-old German-Georgian singer-songwriter.
Natia started her way in participating in musical shows: In 2014, she particiapted in “X-Factor Georgia” and in 2015 she participated in “X-Factor Ukraine“.
In 2016, she moed to Germany.
In 2017, she won the 7th season of “The Voice of Germany“. LAter on, she signed a contract with Universal Music.
In 2018, she became a judge on “Georgian Pop Idol.”
In 2018, she participated in the German selection for Eurovision 2018 with the song “My Own Way“

Natia Todua made her name after releasing several successful singles.
We all know that she is a good performer who comes with songs with her own stamp.
